Pad the girl child project#My period my pride is an initative of The Covenant Chosen Light Foundation a not for profit organisation registered under the Cooperate affairs commission Nigeria.
This campaign is design to reach out to the vulnerable girl child each month with sanitary kit (sanitary pads pants soap)who can not afford it as a result opt to the use of rags and other materials not safe for their health.
Do you know that most of our young girls drop out of school as soon as their monthly flow start?
Most can not stand the humilation that comes from the stains.
This explains the need the foundation supports these vulnerable girls both in rural and urban area to help her manage her period.
