Hello, My name is Matej Šafranko, I am a 23 year old student from Croatia. Currently studying mechanical and electrical engineering. The reason I am here is because I have many ideas but to make anything of them I need funding. The money I am trying to raise is for a fun, simple game that is easy to play and it will interest people of all ages. Game is going to be played as Flappy Bird by simply tapping on the screen but it will be more complex as in there will be multiple levels each one harder then the level before, multiple skins and online options of gameplay. This game will serve as a bedrock because in the event of its success we will earn enough money to make the company bigger and start executing our next plans (new games, apps etc.) In order to start with this game I have to gather around $27500 for all the expenses. Since I am planing on starting a company I am gonna need to make everything from zero. Starting a company with all the papers, starting capital, public notary, legal fees, court etc. is going to cost me $3500. After that I have to pay developer and designer to make me an app and that is gonna cost me around $7500 (in future I plan to employ my own programmer and designer team.) Since the game will have online options of gameplay I have to rent a server which is gonna cost me around $500 (this amount of money is for two months). The game has to be published on Android and iOS and that costs about $150 for two months. The game needs to have a trailer for advertising and that is gonna cost around $750 (making of trailer). In order to make everything by the book I need to give salary for my one employee and that comes around $2000 (according to Croatian law). On all that I have to pay taxes of around $200. Accountant to run our papers has to be payed too, and that is around $400. $10000 is for advertising on other platforms to gather as many players, and $2500 is fee I have to pay for this site. Some of the stuff I listed above are one time only expenses but server, accountant, iOS and Android, taxes and salary need to be payed monthly and the amount of money I am asking for is barely going to be enough for the first two months but the plan is that after those two months game will be available on the market and it will be bringing us income in order to become an independent company. Quick breakdown:

• $2000 -> salary for first two months
