Hello, my name is Alfonso. Its my pleasure and privilege to write this with hope of being able to get some funds to start large_scale irrigation in my area. As a result, of tropical cyclones that hit my area and cause enormous floods, that resulted into damage of crops, and immediate prolonged dry spell that dried the floods survived crops,my area is likely to face severe hunger.
This has prompted me to start irrigation of different crops ie, maize, cabbage, onions, just to mention but a few in order to insure that food is available in my community. I have enough fertile land which is good for irrigation, but i'm lacking funds to buy irrigation equipments ie, the pumping engine, water pipes, seeds, labor and other necessities. If, this program came into successful, will help people with food who are now are sometimes going into bed with empty stomachs.
