The after effects of eating unhealthy and unsafe pork is either getting sick or dying afterwards. One in 10 Nigerians get sick from what they eat, majority of pork processing houses are local slaughterhouses, whom are interested in making more profits. They prefer buying either sick pigs or dead pigs or wounded pigs. TA Pork (a product of Farm Yunsun) will provide healthy, safe and fresh pork to every home in Nigeria while increasing the livelihood of pig farmers and creating jobs for women and youths. The way we will do it, is by monitoring the pig farmers operations, buying of healthy pigs at a good price, process them into pork and deliver them to the doorstep of the customer. Farm Yunsun through its upcoming project/program “Take-it Food Basket” is projecting to employ 1,000 women & youths and empower 100 farmers by its second year in operation.
